How we use information.

Project enquiries

When you submit the contact form or a human enquiry through the AI assistant, we save the phone number or WeChat ID you provide, together with optional name, company, requirements, budget and service selections. An AI enquiry reference, if supplied, allows the team to connect the enquiry with the corresponding conversation.

Enquiries are retained on our server for business consultation and follow-up. There is currently no automatic expiry or deletion period. When email notifications are enabled, necessary enquiry and contact details are processed by the business email service and sent to our team. Notification emails do not contain the full AI conversation, and no automatic email is sent to visitors. An email failure does not remove a saved enquiry. Acceptance by the email service does not confirm receipt or reading by the team; call us for time-sensitive matters.

AI assistant

The assistant uses information about this website’s services to suggest preliminary discussion directions. Conversations and necessary session identifiers are retained on the server for consultation and follow-up, without a current automatic deletion period. Starting a new conversation does not delete existing records. When a cloud model is enabled, content sent to the assistant is processed by the model provider to generate a response.

Browser session credentials last for 30 days. Their expiry does not delete server records. Five-digit enquiry references remain valid for team follow-up and cannot be used to view conversations publicly. Clearing or losing browser credentials may prevent access to an earlier conversation from that browser.

Do not send passwords, identity document numbers, payment information, business secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. AI suggestions are not quotations, contracts or promises about rankings, traffic, conversion or other outcomes. Security verification

When enabled, the AI assistant and enquiry forms use Alibaba Cloud CAPTCHA to assess automated requests using information such as device environment and interaction behaviour. Alibaba Cloud processes the verification information. Our server retains short-lived verification state to reduce repeated challenges while continuing to enforce rate and usage limits.

Site analytics

Our server counts page views, referring domains and device types to understand site use. Analytics sets no tracking cookies and uses no persistent visitor identifier across days. A daily changing deduplication identifier is derived from the IP address and browser information. The analytics database does not retain raw IP addresses, full browser information or URL query parameters. Records are kept for at most 90 days, and the team views aggregated reports privately. Collection is disabled when the browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Other contact and updates

For phone, email or other agreed communication, the information needed and how it is used and stored depend on the actual conversation and applicable requirements. This notice will be updated when site functionality or information use changes.
